Admissions

Enrolments for Grade RRR (3 turning 4 years in the year for which you are enrolling) and Grade RR (4 turning 5 years in the year for which you are enrolling):

• Download the application form, complete it and scan it back to us (click on Application Form)
• After May, bring your child in for an interview during school hours on a Wednesday morning (7h15 – 12h30) or another morning by appointment. Walk in appointments welcome, but if you would prefer not to wait for your interview, confirm a day and time that suits you through the office. 
• If your child passes the interview step, you then complete necessary documentation.
• After passing the interview, pay enrolment fee to secure your child’s booking.

Enrolments for Grade R (5 turning 6 years) and Grade 1 (6 turning 7 years) and all grades upwards:

• Alternatively, download the application form, complete it and scan it back to us (click on Application Form)
• Grade R applicants are invited to admissions testing during the third and fourth school term on any Friday morning at 8h00. Grade 1 applicants are invited to admissions testing during the third and fourth school term on any Friday morning at 9h00. Please notify the school by the Thursday before you intend to bring your child in for testing.  
• Applications for Grade 2-7: You will receive an invitation via email requesting that you bring your child in for an admission test (CAPS-based Mathematics and English test). Please contact the office if you do not receive your invitation within 2 days of your application.
• Even if your child passes the test, places can only be awarded to prospective pupils if places are available i.e. if we have cancellations in our existing classes.
• The highest scorers in the admission tests are accepted into open places. Parents are notified and are required to complete the necessary documentation.
• Pay enrolment fee to secure your child’s booking.
